3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your logigame username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify logigame if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. logigame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). logigame is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and the platform's KYC policy. You agree to provide such documents as logigame reasonably requests, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (UMID, passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation where required. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your logigame account at any time by contacting support. logigame may also close or suspend an account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or regulatory obligations require us to do so.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. logigame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency where applicable. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). logigame does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the funding source must be registered in your own name.
4.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a relevant promotion or payment method notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within 1 business day. logigame reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. logigame is committed to compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. We may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Deposits that are not wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal may be subject to additional scrutiny.
4.5 Declined Transactions. logigame is not liable for transactions declined by your bank or e-wallet provider. In the event of a chargeback or reversed transaction, logigame reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation and to recover any funds that have already been played or withdrawn.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by logigame are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a discrepancy between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for that game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the logigame platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from logigame without express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, logigame, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the logigame platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to goodwill.
logigame's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

logigame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, logigame will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of logigame after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using logigame and request account closure before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to logigame's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent logigame from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
